You provide your restaurant information and current menu. We handle the bilingual setup, digital experience, QR materials and ongoing menu maintenance.

Create Your Account

Register for the Chanslatre Client Portal with your contact information. One account can manage one restaurant or multiple approved locations.

Register Your Restaurant

Add your restaurant name, address, phone number and website. After approval, the location appears in your account and can be managed separately.

Choose Your Plan

Select the service level and billing cycle that fit your restaurant. Plan benefits can include menu capacity, update support, QR materials, images, customization and analytics.

Upload Your Existing Menu

Send photos, screenshots or PDF files of the menu you already use. You do not need to rebuild it or enter every item into a spreadsheet.

Review Your Digital Menu

Review dishes, prices, translations, variants, modifiers and images before launch. Send corrections through your Client Portal when something needs adjustment.

Go Live With QR Materials

Once approved, your menu goes live. Chanslatre can prepare separate QR codes for window, table and wall materials so guests can scan easily and scan sources can be measured separately.

After You Go Live

Keep the menu current.Submit Menu Update Requests when prices, dishes or menu details change.
Help guests communicate.Guests can organize selections and use an English staff-facing Show Server summary to reduce language friction.
Learn from menu activity.Analytics can summarize visits, language use and dish interactions, with more detailed reporting available by plan.
Keep your physical materials useful.Digital content can change behind the QR experience without reprinting an entire paper menu every time.
